My sculptures try to connect the past with the present and the human beings with the supernatural world. They combine the spiritual, moral and accepted values of our world an the cosmos. They strive to reveal a truth beyond a mundane world. The work expresses my individual identity and my relationship between the people an the land of Namibia, Africa. Natural stone is my working material. For me, it is part of the earth, transformed by the artist and yet still belonging to the earth and the universe.
